The prices listed are for parties that are physically located within Austin City Limits only. ANY address outside of Austin City Limits will have additional travel costs.
Known corporate events may have a tip included in the price quote.
Please note that all prices listed assume that you qualify for our discount for booking your event 100% through email. If you require personal phone conversations, you will not be eligible for that discount, and your price will be 25% higher.
30-Minute "Meet & Greet"
1 Character - 30-Minute Meet & Greet - $175 Total plus tips. $105 down payment plus $70 in cash to the character at the event. Tips appreciated. (No supplies or activities are included. The character just drops by & interacts with the kids, poses for photos &, etc.)
2 Characters - 30-Minute Meet & Greet - $340 Total plus tips. $200 down payment plus $70 in cash to each character, ($140 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated. (No supplies or activities are included, Character just drops by & interacts with the kids, poses for photos &, etc.
Activities* are available with these packages:
1 Character for 1 hour $200 total plus tips. $130 down payment plus $70 in cash to character at the event. Tips appreciated. (45 minutes is the same rate as 1 hour).
1 Character for 1-1/2 hours $225 total plus tips. $120 down payment plus $105 in cash to character at the event. Tips appreciated.
1 Character 2 hours $260 total plus tips. $120 down payment plus $140 in cash to character at the event. Tips appreciated.
1 Character for 2-1/2 hours $325 total plus tips. $150 down payment plus $175 in cash to character at the event. Tips appreciated.
1 Character for 3 hours $360 total plus tips. $150 down payment plus $210 in cash to character at events. Tips appreciated.
2 Characters for 1 hour - $360 total plus tips. $220 down payment plus $70 in cash to each character, ($140 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated. (45 minutes is the same rate as 1 hour).
2 Characters for 1-1/2 hours - $440 total plus tips. $230 down payment plus $105 in cash to each character ($210 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.
2 Characters for 2 hours - $510 total plus tips. $230 down payment plus $140 in cash to each character ($280 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.
2 Characters for 2-1/2 hours - $625 total plus tips. $230 down payment plus $175 in cash to each character ($350 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.
2 Characters for 3 hours - $700 total plus tips. $230 down payment plus $210 in cash to each character ($420 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.
3 Characters for 1 hour - $540 total plus tips. $330 down payment plus $70 in cash to each character ($210 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated. (45 minutes is the same rate as 1 hour).
3 Characters for 1-1/2 hours - $645 total plus tips. $330 down payment plus $105 in cash to each character ($315 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.
3 Characters for 2 hours - $750 total plus tips. $330 down payment plus $140 in cash to each character ($420 cash total) at the event. Tips appreciated.

*Activities
Your costume character visit of 1 hour or more can include your choice(s) of some of these activities (as time permits): Face painting, balloon twisting, temporary tattoos, reading a story book, singing, dancing, limbo and/or make-up.
The activities that can fit into your event will depend on the length of time you have booked your character and the number of children at the party.
There will be additional charges for supplies if there are more than 50 children at your event.

WE LOVED OUR EASTER BUNNY!
We had Edith out this past weekend who played our Easter Bunny and she was phenomenal! The kids were so excited when she walked up the pathway and started interacting right away with them. We even created our own little Easter Bunny Throne for her to sit and take pictures on which was a huge success. We could not have made this event as great as it was without her. THANK YOU EDITH!

Best Elsa ever!
We hired Elsa (Amanda) for our daughters 5th birthday party. We highly recommend hiring Amanda - she made our daughter's birthday so special. She arrived on time, set up quickly and had lots of fun activities to do. She stayed in character the whole time, and wore her mask the entire time as well. It was a great experience for everyone . Thank you! We will book again in the future.

Our soon-to-be 5 year old daughter is a huge fan of Moana and had requested that she be invited to her birthday party. She was amazed when Breana showed up and quickly became her best friend. She was dressed perfectly in character, played games with the kids, did face painting and tattoos and even helped our daughter blow out the candle on her cake (we would've been there all night otherwise). Was really impressed with Happily Ever, had great customer service
and better pricing than other companies I found in our area. We had
long haired princess stop by my 3 year olds birthday party and do a 30
minute meet and greet. It was perfect for our little girl, who was
attached at the hip to the sweet princess for the entire 30 minutes.
The princess arrived on time and was very professional. Everything went
exactly as planned.

I wanted to write a review for Anna , she played "Snow Princess" at a birthday party of the family I nanny for.
We were absolutely blown away with "Anna's" performance! She came in full of energy and in character! Not once did she steer away from her character. She captured the attention of all the children and ALL OF THE PARENTS!!!
Throughout the party, I could hear whispers of "Wow, isn't she amazing", "She is a perfect Snow Princess", "I wish I had her energy" and so on! After we heard her sing part of a Frozen song, we couldn't resist asking her to sing some more! She is a true talent! I think Disney should give her a call!

Sleeping Beauty Party
We had the Pink Princess come to our party and she did a wonderful job with all the kids. We had about 15 kids and they we all well entertained. She kept their attention the whole time and the look on their little faces when she came through the door was priceless. I will definitely recommend this to anyone having a party. Snow Queen was fabulous!
My Snow Queen obsessed daughter was delighted by a surprise visit by the Snow Queen at her 4th birthday party yesterday. The Snow Queen (aka Vanessa) was so sweet with her and the other kids, she is gorgeous and has a really lovely singing voice. The highlight was my daughter got to sing Let it Go with her, and she can't stop talking about it. Vanessa took great photos with all the kids, and was ever so patient as the little girls grilled her about all things Frozen. One of the girls said "It's just that I've never met the REAL Elsa before, so I had a lot of questions!" So sweet. Vanessa also brought a gift for the birthday princess which was very sweet and my daughter loved it and felt very special. Happily Ever via Gig Salad was easy to work with, and I would highly recommend Vanessa as The Snow Queen and would definitely use Happily Ever again, and will continue using Gig Salad.'

The Arabian Princess was wonderful. Kept the line of communication open and fit in very well. It was a bit different than what she's used to but she did an amazing job going with the flow and interacting with the kids especially the birthday girl. Wow!
The Snow queen (Anna) was amazing! The kids were mesmerized. She never broke character. What a great improviser! She entertained them by telling stories, face painting, playing games, singing and dancing. When she started singing , everyone was shocked at her beautiful voice. She truly made our party!
