Book-Dallas/Ft Worth

PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. 

You cannot book a "2nd add-on" character by itself.  The second character is a special discount that you only qualify for when you have already booked a first character.

Please book at least one week in advance to ensure availability.  If you want a professional singer, a face painter or a balloon twister, you may need to book 2-4 weeks in advance, to ensure availability.

Please note that there may be additional costs for outdoors parties, large groups, add-on services or parties outside of the standard service area.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR EVENT

1) Select from the written options below. 

If you wish to book 1 character - choose the the 1 character rate, based on whether you want a human (princess/hero, etc.) or mascot (animal, etc.) type character, and the amount of time you wish to book that character.

Select your character from the drop down menu and complete requested information, including first and second choice for requested activity, dat/time, address, phone, etc.   (Be brief, as this section cuts off of the end, when it sends it to us)

Activities are only offered with a 1 hour or longer booking of a human character.  Not available for a 30 minute "Meet & Greet", or with a mascot type of costume character.

2) Add to cart     

3) If you wish for more than 1 character, select the primary character first and put that into your cart. 

Then you can add on the additional characters by selecting the Add-On 2nd character and put that in your cart.    (You cannot book a discounted 2nd character unless you also book a full price character).

(The 2nd character must be booked for an equal or lesser amount of time than the first character, to qualify for the add-on rate).      * ADD ON 2ND CHARACTER RATES ARE NOT VALID UNLESS BOOKED WITH A FIRST CHARACTER FOR THE SAME EVENT FOR THE SAME (OR GREATER) AMOUNT OF TIME THAN THE 2ND CHARACTER.   *

If you wish for 3 or more characters, just continue to add each additional characters as another "2nd" character.

4)  There is no extra charge for singing, dancing, limbo, story book, bubble dancing, or parachute games, regardless of the number of children.  However, there may be limited availability for a singer, face painter, balloon twister, bubble dancing or parachute games. So, please book well in advance, to ensure availability.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT EVEN MINIMAL FACE PAINTING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES PER PERSON.  IT IS NOT REALISTIC TO EXPECT ONE CHARACTER TO FACE PAINT MORE THAN 10 CHILDREN IN A 1 HOUR TIME FRAME, AND STILL HAVE TIME FOR PHOTOS & BIRTHDAY CAKE.

If you wish to add on crowning, party favor bags, spa party, treasure hunt, dress up or other additional services, add each item to your cart individually.  (There is no extra charge for face painting, balloon twisting, temporary tattoos, or makeup for 1-49 children. Beyond these quantities, there are extra charges for additional supplies needed.)  

There may be additional costs for outdoor parties (depending on the event date) or for travel outside of our standard service area, but those amounts will be due in cash to the character at the party, and will not affect your down payment.

If your party is outdoors - please email prior to booking, to confirm if this rate is valid.

All activities and characters are subject to availability at the time booking deposit/down payment is paid. We do not make any reservations without a paid deposit/down payment.

5)  Once everything you wish to purchase is in your cart, click to pay the booking deposit/down payment through the secure online server.  Booking deposit/down payment may be paid with credit card, debit card or PayPal.     

6) Balance due must be paid in cash to character(s) at event.  Tips are appreciated.     

7) You will receive an email within 2 business days confirming availability and booking.  If we do not have your character(s) available for your date, time and location, you will be refunded. 

When you book on-line, you do not have the option to select or request which specific entertainer will be assigned to your event.  Entertainers will be assigned based on availability for the character, date, time, location and the activities you have requested.  We will assign the best possible available person, who can do that character, and who has the activity skills that you have requested.

Once availability has been confirmed there will be no refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any one at our sole discretion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Happily Ever Parties does not claim to offer any officially licensed or copyrighted characters.

Booking Deposit is non-refundable, once availability has been confirmed.  Any amount paid to the costume character on the date of the event (including the tip) is also non-refundable.  It is the client's responsibility to know the correct amount that is due to the character and to pay that amount at the event, in cash.  

If event is canceled, must be notified in writing. No refunds will be given if purchaser cancels a confirmed booking for any reason. .

There are no guarantees that we will be able to provide a character if you decide to change the date, time or location, due to weather or for any other reason. We will make a reasonable attempt to do so, but if we do not have a character available for your changed date/time/location, then the event is considered canceled by the purchaser, and there will be no refund.

If you reschedule your event, and we ARE able to provide a character for your new date/time/location, there will be a $25 (per character) reschedule fee, which you will need to pay prior to your event. (We reserve costumes, supplies & people based on the deposit and turn away others who wish to book for the same date).

Once character(s) arrives at the event, balance is due, regardless of weather, fire, or other occurrences that may arise to prevent character(s) from performing at event.  Please have a back-up plan in the event of inclement weather. If a situation arises that makes the performer feel unsafe or the performer is being mistreated, we reserve the right for the performer to leave the event at that point, and there will be no refund.

Balance due must be paid in cash to costume character(s) at the event. (Tips are appreciated). Please pay with exact change, as characters do not carry cash.  Any over-payment is considered a tip to the entertainer, and is non-refundable.

If you wish to keep the entertainer(s) beyond the scheduled end time (and they are available to stay longer), you will need to pay them each an additional $25 in cash for 20-30 minutes over time or $50 in cash for 40 to 60 minutes of over time.,THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING TRACK OF THE TIME. CHARACTERS DO NOT WEAR A WRIST WATCH OR CARRY A CELL PHONE. 

Character(s) will each need one 5-minute break per hour for indoor parties or two 5-minute breaks per hour for outdoor events.

There will be no refunds after the service has been performed.

Happily Ever Parties & Entertainment assumes no liability of any kind greater than the dollar amount of the deposit/down payment that has been paid.

By booking a character, or characters, you are contracting and agreeing to accept all of the terms and conditions.  

Please note any  OUT DOOR CHARACTER BOOKING, longer than 30 minutes, from ,  FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30, will cost an additional $25 PER CHARACTER, PAYABLE IN CASH TO THE CHARACTER AT THE EVENT, in addition to the regular rate. (THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS THE SWIMMING MERMAID CHARACTER). 

In addition, any OUTDOOR CHARACTER BOOKING, longer than 30 minutes, from NOVEMBER 1 TO MARCH 31ST, will cost an additional $25 PER CHARACTER, PAYABLE IN CASH TO THE CHARACTER AT THE EVENT, in addition to the regular rate.  (THERE WILL BE NO SWIMMING MERMAID CHARACTERS BOOKED FOR  OUTDOOR PARTIES BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND MAY 1.)

If your party is located outside of our standard service area (see home page for the link to our service area map), there will be additional travel charges, due to the character, in cash, at the event.  You will be informed of the travel charges in advance, and will have the opportunity to receive a refund if you are unwilling to pay the additional travel costs. 

Depending on the distance out of our servie area,  we may have a minimum booking time requirement .

We do not offer a 30 minute "Meet and Greet" outside of our standard service area.  (The entertainer would be spending twice as much time commuting to and from the party as they would entertaining at the party).
